How do I get my files after purchase?

After checkout, you'll receive a download link via email and on the order confirmation page. You can also access your downloads anytime from the My Downloads page.

What file formats are included?

Every print is delivered as a high-resolution PNG file, ready for printing at home or at any print shop.

What sizes are included?

Each design comes in 14 print sizes: 5×7", 8×10", 8.5×11" (Letter), 11×14", 12×16", 16×20", 18×24", 20×28", 24×36", A5, A4, A3, A2, and 50×70cm. Choose one size for $7.99, or get all 14 for $16.99.

Can I print these at a print shop?

Yes. The files are high-resolution and work with any local or online print service. Just upload the file in your preferred size and they'll handle the rest.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Can I use these commercially?

No. These prints are for personal use only — your home, your office, your wall. They're not licensed for resale, reproduction, or commercial distribution.

The download link isn't working. What do I do?

Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, visit the My Downloads page or email us at dlivermore@halfseriousco.com and we'll get you sorted.
