Refund policy

All sales of digital downloads are final. Once files have been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.

If you experience a technical issue with your download — corrupted file, missing sizes, or a broken download link — contact us at dlivermore@halfseriousco.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after download
• Dissatisfaction with print quality at a third-party print shop (we provide high-resolution files; print quality depends on your printer and paper)
• Inability to download due to your device, browser, or internet connection

If you haven't downloaded your files and would like a refund, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we'll review your request.
